Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods—or, theoretically, a comfort real estate development firm in which they are shareholders—will be opening a new higher- ending sports bar in St. Andrews, Scotland, the BBC reports.
Rolling Stone said the table, T- Square Social, will become located in a traditional movie theater, the New Picture House Cinema. Two of the original video screens may be be as part of the restoration plan, which will also take in eating, eating, duckpin ball, darts, and sports simulators.
The engineer, Nexus Luxury Collection, first proposed turning the theatre into a sports club next time, and the Fife Council eventually granted the job its acceptance this month. The proposed plan, according to the Council, would “protect and enhance the character and appearance of the conservation area” and would also lead to the creation of between 40 and 45 new jobs.

The owners of the New Picture House Cinema—which first opened in 1930 and seats 700 people—were big backers of the T- Squared Social proposal. In planning documents, they said the theater was no longer “viable” as a” stand- alone cinema operation” and was currently running at less than” 10 percent occupancy”.
The exact date of the opening of T-Squared Social in St. Andrews is unknown, but the proposal states that work must begin in the next three years.
Timberlake and Woods came up with the idea for T- Squared Social after golfing together in the Bahamas (” T- Squared”, in case you were wondering, stands for” Tiger” and” Timberlake” ). Although there were always plans to expand the club internationally, the first flagship location in New York City opened last year.
St. Andrews is a fitting locale for their second venue: The Scottish city is known as the “home of golf”, thanks to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, as well as the Old Course at St. Andrews Links, frequent host of The Open Championship, the oldest golf tournament in the world. Woods has won The Open three times during his career ( 2000, 2005, and 2006 ). Timberlake also participated in the 2019 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship on the Old Course at St. Andrews.
In a statement, Woods said he’d had “many special moments” in St. Andrews, and hoped the new bar would be a “welcoming place” for locals and tourists. ” We are taking great care to preserve and celebrate the historic architecture and design of the theater,” said Nexus CEO Christopher Anand,” and we are continuing to do so with great care.”
Just a few weeks after Timberlake was detained for allegedly driving under the influence in the Hamptons, there is some notable news about the T-Square Social’s approval in St. Andrews. He was detained after being charged with a misdemeanor DWI and was released from jail. He will next appear in court once more on July 26. Woods also made a famous arrest for a DUI in 2017 after being discovered unconscious in his car with prescription drugs and marijuana in his system. He later admitted to reckless driving and participated in a diversion program to avoid a DUI charge.
