The post-Olympics boom is spreading to rugby, as USA Rugby and Premier Rugby Sevens announced that the men’s and women’s regional team may engage in PR7’s All-Star Tournament on Nov. 17 in Portland, Ore. Team USA will have their first opposition on American soil since the Paris Games in the summer.
