NCAA Proposed Changes Further Empower Athletes, Report Says

The NCAA’s Division I Council is set to acquire a host of law proposals that, if adopted, may remove more barriers against performer payment, Yahoo! Sports ‘ Ross Dellenger reported Sunday. Over the years, the NCAA has defended these barriers in competitive lawsuits and legislative testimony, but they could quickly turn into pieces of a college sports system that is going through a tectonic shift.
