Globant and Formula 1 have partnered with software development company Globant for a multiyear partnership to improve the online activities of F1 groups and followers at international competitions.
This places us in a position where we want to become, which is connecting with the world’s most cutting-edge activity and being able to co-create technology with them, according to Martin Migoya, CEO of Globant, in a video interview.
The collaboration’s initial project will concentrate on improving the existing pit walls system, which provides a variety of camera angles and music and is a valuable resource for racing teams. F1 and Globant have already been working on these improvements. The guest experience at the lines, which had almost 6 million followers visiting last year, is the focus of a longer-term job. An enhanced mobile app that fans can use at each race will be included.

” We’re constantly striving as a brand to develop with the viewers at the center of that”, Pete Samara, Formula 1 director of corporate technical initiatives, said in an exam. He added that technology can also be a powerful instrument for boosting business. F1 is quite careful with its specialized partners, according to Samara, and it wants people that you “move the needles”.
” This is about a marriage where we’re going to create great stuff”, Samara said.
Migoya inc- founded Globant in 2003 in a car in Argentina, and the company then has 29, 000 people in 33 nations. Revenue for the company hit$ 2.1 billion in 2023, up 300 % in five years.
Globant collaborates with international companies like Google, Electronic Arts, and Santander, and it has also entered the sports sector in order to support those companies with their design, engineering, and development needs. Globant has also established partnerships with FIFA, Major League Rugby, and LaLiga.
In 2022, Globant reached a bargain with the Los Angeles Clippers to style the “digital road chart” for the player’s$ 2 billion condition- of- the- art home, the Intuit Dome, set to open ahead of the 2024- 25 season. The goal is to make smooth contacts for the lover while minimizing friction.
” Sports is where the love of people is”, Migoya said. We are attempting to recreate our business and are willing to enjoy with all these activities that are capable of doing so.
