NFLPA and DraftKings Battle in Court Over Impact of NFT Ruling

In a late filed complaint in the Southern District of New York, the NFLPA accuses Lotto of breaking a licensing agreement that allows the use of NFL players ‘ NIL in non-fungible currencies. DraftKings has mistakenly relied on a legal agreement that allows a delay in transaction if the registered products are [NFTs ] according to the NFLPA.
