NCAA Nixes QR Codes in Move Criticized as Outdated

The NCAA has gone to great lengths to rest amateurism rules after being plagued by constitutional controversies over the past ten years. It has consented to a proposed antitrust class action settlement that considers revenue sharing with athletes and schools and now allows college athletes to use their right of publicity ( NIL ) without breaking eligibility rules.
