On March 5, Dartmouth men’s hockey players will cast their ballots.

On Friday, Sacks denied the action after Dartmouth College requested from Board local director Laura Sacks to provide additional evidence to support the men’s hockey players ‘ plans to work for themselves and forge unions. According to Sacks, Dartmouth wants to introduce “evidence that existed and was quickly available prior to the hearing.” During the four-day receiving held last October, the school may have presented more evidence. In a demand for review to the company’s board, Sacks pointed out that Dartmouth’s allegation that she abused the law would be more appropriate to be argued in this regard. By the following Monday, Dartmouth is expected to submit a demand for this.
The panel has n’t yet decided whether Dartmouth’s other action to postpone the election or ban the vote from Tuesday’s vote will be reinstated.
